Must have Collision Shop Experience
5 years minimum of estimating experience

Hours will be 7:30 – 5:30 Mon- Fri, Every other Saturday 9-12

Pay will be based on experience

Earn $50,000 – $80,000 based on experience

Base Pay $30,000 – $52,000 a year

Bonuses Could Add Another $15,000 – $30,000 a year

Pay Could Exceed Posted Amount for the right person

Someone that can help keep the repair process flowing and produce the maximum amount of labor hours and can assist in writing estimates and supplements.

Check in and inspect parts to be sure they are correct and not damaged

Check in materials

Make sure technicians have everything they need to continue with repairs (parts, materials, authorizations, etc.)

Help schedule repairs and make sure we meet deadlines

Coordinate repairs for each day (what gets painted, torn down, assembled, detailed & in what order)

Must be organized, present self well to public, well spoken (able to explain an estimate & repair procedure a plus)

Help Keep the shop clean and organized (not taking over the porter job but making sure it gets done)

Have a valid drivers license
